We do not provide offline help for our Genie Stream™ solution, because we are committed to upgrading this product regularly and incorporating our customers' feedback into product development and web based online help/manuals support. Accordingly, we suggest that you use our online help/manuals resource, located on the sliding menu on the left of your screen.
  3. If the information or assistance you are receiving from our online help/manuals resource prove to be insufficient or incomplete for your requirements, please use our support form and advise us as to what additional information or assistance you require.
